Smart Building

Smart City

A smart city usually refers to an urban area with advanced technological implementations. The technology can come in many forms, but the common idea of a smart city is to make use of various electronic installations fitted with voice activation mechanisms and sensors to collect data from its surroundings, including that of its inhabitants, and the environment. The data collected can be related to traffic conditions, waste management, power plants, education, healthcare, human traffic, and population density, among a great many other statistics. The information collected from these sensors can then analysed, discerning patterns within the data, and using these inferences to develop an understanding so as to be able to manage assets, resources, and services and improve operation efficiency across the different sectors from which the data was collected from.
